Throughout their academic journey and participation in activities at the Faculty of Finance, members of the Finance Faculty Collaborators Team at the Banking Academy clearly recognize that physical training is an essential part of each individual’s development. Beyond focusing on academic knowledge, members actively build exercise habits to maintain stable physical health and a positive working mindset.

Sports and physical activities are regularly maintained in various forms, suitable for each member’s conditions and schedule. From individual workouts to group activities such as football, badminton, cycling, and running, all aim to promote a scientific lifestyle, improve endurance, and enhance the ability to adapt to increasing academic and work demands.

Beyond individual benefits, sports also play a vital role in building team culture. Shared moments of physical activity create an open communication environment, strengthening mutual understanding and teamwork among members. As a result, the team is not only organizationally strengthened but also bonded through shared experiences and collaboration.
