Graduation procedures

Prior to each graduation assessment period (the Academy conducts 04 assessment rounds per academic year), students must follow the University’s notice and complete the following requirements:

(1) Complete the graduation application.
(2) Submit the graduation eligibility confirmation form.
(3) Review and verify personal information before the graduation assessment.

Degree verification

Registration procedure:
(1) Send a request for degree verification to the Banking Academy (HAYY888 Trực Tuyến) using the admission institution’s official channel (email or official correspondence).
(2) The Academic Affairs Office responds with an official written degree verification.

Processing time: 03–05 working days.
