Position: Personal Banking Intern (Retail Banking Division)
Location: VPBank – Le Duc Tho Transaction Office, Tu Liem, Hanoi
Role Objective:
Support Personal Banking Officers in developing and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering the bank’s personal financial products and services.
Job Description
- Advise customers on banking products/services: current accounts, savings, credit cards, consumer loans, mortgage loans
- Assist in preparing documents and procedures for loan applications and account opening
- Support existing customers and handle inquiries
- Participate in sales and marketing activities at the branch
- Update customer information and prepare reports as guided
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Support in searching, approaching, and developing individual customers
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year students or fresh graduates majoring in Finance & Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong interest in banking/retail finance
- Good communication skills, proactive and agile
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
- Preference for candidates with experience in sales, telesales, or customer service
