- Securities Business Intern
- Broker / Securities Sales Executive
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Search for, build, and maintain relationships with clients interested in financial and stock investments
- Advise clients on VNDIRECT’s investment products and services (stocks, margin, derivatives, etc.)
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship from the Head of Department and experienced brokers
- Analyze and value stocks; participate in writing investment recommendation reports
- Take part in organizing seminars, client rooms, and in-depth investment events
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree holders or final-year students from economics universities in Hanoi
- Experience in customer service, telesales, or financial sales is a strong advantage
- Good communication skills, proactive attitude, willingness to learn
- Clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in the securities industry

For Full-time Employees:
- Base salary: 8,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month (reviewed every 6 months based on performance)
- Probation salary (first 2 months): 5,300,000 VND/month
