VNDIRECT – Dong Da Transaction Office (174 Thai Ha, Hanoi) is looking for Full-time Investment Consultants (Broker) to expand our professional advisory team for those eager to break through their income limits.

Job Description
1. Client Development & Relationship Management
- Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships
- Receive and support clients from company data sources (DBA)
2. Enhance Clients’ Investment Knowledge & Capacity
- Assess clients’ investment conditions (knowledge, financial capacity, risk appetite)
- Guide clients in using trading tools, risk management, and market alerts
- Update clients on market trends, industries, and stock insights
3. Investment Advisory & Trading Support
- Analyze investment opportunities and propose suitable strategies
- Provide portfolio evaluation reports and adjustment recommendations
- Monitor risks and support account management
4. Compliance & Professional Development
- Participate in required training and professional development programs
- Comply with regulations, Code of Conduct, and internal policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Preference for candidates with experience in retail sales within finance, banking, or securities (with proven sales performance); fresh candidates will be trained
- Certifications in analysis, investment, brokerage, or insurance are an advantage
- Strong communication, analytical, consulting, and client-understanding skills
- Ability in investment research and analysis, business mindset, and networking capability
- Knowledge of FA (Fundamental Analysis) / TA (Technical Analysis), securities products, digital platforms, and AI applications is a strong advantage
